All of our products come with a 100% guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us right away so that we can remedy the situation.
Payment:
Website orders - When placing an order using our website, payments can be made via several major credit cards using PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can set one up quickly and easily when prompted at checkout. PayPal is a very secure and reputable payment source. For more information, please visit www.paypal.com C.O.D. - If you have requested that your order be delivered (please see Shipping and Delivery sections below), cash or check is expected at time of delivery. A $35 NSF fee will be charged for any returned checks.
Pick-up/Meet-up - To avoid having to refund shipping charges, these orders must be called in to 630-441-8871 or emailed to us using our Contact Us page or at info@4homespa.com. Due to increasing gas costs, a small delivery fee may apply based on the meet up location. Please call us for details.
Exchanges:
All exchanges of products are at the customers expense. This includes difference in price per item and shipping costs. All exchanges will only be made for items in their original packaging and all protective seals in tact.
Shipping:
All items will be shipped via UPS within 3-5 days of placing your order. If you are ordering a large quantity of items or have a special order, this time frame may be extended and you will be contacted with an estimated time frame. If you are unsure, please contact us before placing your order. When possible, all of your items will ship together.
We can ship to anywhere in the USA. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Delivery:
If you are within our delivery range, hand delivery or pick-up is always an option. There will be a nominal fee for hand delivering your order which covers fuel expenses. Please contact us to get more information about this option before placing your order.
